This website (“Site”) is operated by MYCNCSHOP.COM, a company registered in China. We respect intellectual property rights and comply with applicable laws, including China’s Copyright Law, Trademark Law, and the E-Commerce Law.

1. Our Own Content

Text, technical descriptions, layouts, and original content created by us on this Site are owned or controlled by MYCNCSHOP.COM.

2. Product Images

Product images on this Site are either taken by us, sourced from legitimate suppliers, or used to accurately represent the products we sell. We make reasonable efforts to respect third-party image rights.

This Site sells genuine FA (Factory Automation) products, including those bearing trademarks such as HIWIN, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, XinJE, and other third-party brands.

- and take reasonable steps to inform the affected party.

We will not be held liable for content removed in good faith based on a valid notice.

5. How to Send a Valid Notice

A valid notice must include:

- specific URL(s) or product page(s) on our Site,

- your contact information (name, address, email, phone number),

- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized,

- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

6. No Abusive or False Notices

Knowingly submitting a false or misleading infringement notice may result in liability for damages. We reserve the right to seek legal remedies against abusive complainants where permitted by Chinese law.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be submitted to the competent court located in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
